Shipping Information

We currently ship orders within the United States only.

Processing Time: Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days.
Shipping Cost: Free standard shipping on all U.S. orders.
Estimated Delivery Time: 3–7 business days within the continental United States.
Expedited Shipping: Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout.
Shipping Locations: We currently ship within the U.S. only. At this time, we do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, U.S. territories, or international destinations.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Please note that shipping timeframes are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or incorrect shipping information entered at checkout.

Returns & Refunds

We want you to feel confident shopping with Canvas & Core.

If you’re not satisfied with your order, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

Eligible Returns

We accept returns for:

  • Unopened and unused items in their original condition
  • Items that arrived damaged or incorrect

Non-Returnable Items

For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on:

  • Opened or used supplements
  • Opened or used personal care or beauty products
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

How to Request a Return

To start a return, email us at mzltvinc@gmail.com and include:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you’d like to return
  • The reason for the return

If your return is approved, we’ll send you return instructions. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original form of payment within 5–7 business days.

Additional Notes

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong product.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions above.
